We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

How Shipments Work
We will always require complete delivery information, including a contact telephone number for the recipient.
Delivery times are typically during business hours. If you require delivery at a specific time, you must indicate this in the order comments.
The recipient must always sign the delivery receipt.
Nothing should be paid to the courier company, as the order amount includes all costs.
If you consider that the packaging does not arrive in good condition or is open, you may refuse the order by indicating the reason on the delivery receipt.
If there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address, the carrier will attempt to contact you by telephone to arrange a new delivery, which is why it is essential to provide a contact number for the recipient.
