They are produced in the Jabugo area (Huelva), following traditional curing methods.

Orders can be placed through our official website or via our customer service telephone line.

How long does shipping take?
Generally, orders are delivered within 24-48 hours in the Iberian Peninsula, and between 3-5 business days in the Balearic Islands. For international orders, depending on the country, it takes between 5-7 business days once the shipment is confirmed and processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Can orders be customized?
Yes, we offer the option to add greeting cards or personalized notes at no additional cost.

What guarantee do the products have?
All products come with an exchange or return guarantee.

What happens if the ham is not to my liking?
A return can be managed within 15 days of receipt, provided that conditions are met, such as not having consumed more than 15% of the product.

What payment methods are accepted?
In our online store, you can pay by credit or debit card, Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PENDING confirmation with the bank.

Are the payment methods accepted by JARANO secure?
Yes. Payment by bank card is made through a secure and encrypted connection with a La Caixa server, so your bank details are only processed by that entity, without us storing or processing them. If you wish to place your order without sharing your bank card number, you have the option to pay with total security using the PayPal system or Bizum.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed? And can I cancel it?
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, it can no longer be modified. If you have forgotten to include a product, please contact us and we will provide the best solution. If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so from your personal account area within the following 30 minutes (for registered users only). If the option to cancel does not appear there, it means the delivery process has already begun. Please contact us to proceed with the cancellation. The Jabugo PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) is a European Union quality certification that protects and guarantees that hams and shoulders have been produced in the environment of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park (Huelva), following traditional methods and with a specific quality linked to their geographical origin.

Exclusive Geographical Origin: All production, transformation, and processing must take place exclusively within the delimited geographical area.

Certified Quality
Only 100% Iberian acorn-fed pieces are certified, which guarantees maximum breed purity and a diet based on acorns and natural pastures in the wild during the “montanera” season.

Rigorous Control
The Jabugo PDO Regulatory Council supervises every stage, from the breeding of the pig in the dehesa to the curing in natural cellars, ensuring that quality standards are met.

International Recognition
It is one of Spain’s most prestigious quality marks, having officially changed its name from “Jamón de Huelva” to “Jabugo PDO” in 2017 to capitalize on the worldwide recognition of the name.
